Jinger's Design Team Entry

Happy Saturday everyone!  If you haven't heard, Jinger Adams is looking for a Design team to help her launch her new scrapbooking line.  I decided to take a chance and enter.  I decided to make a scrapbook layout of my dog's first grooming appointment.

For my project, I made a scrapbook layout of my niece, Rylee.  She is such a lovable little girl that loves to do everything her daddy does.  On this day, I tagged along to the park where they went down to the pond and watched some little fish swimming by the rocks.

For the flowers, I used Close to My Heart just for you stamp set.  The sentiments are from K Andrew's

Stamp set "Valentines".  This is my first tone on tone scrapbook layout and I love it.  I will definately be making more of these in the future.

Simply Sunday Challenge

Welcome back for another Simply Sunday Challenge for Getting Cricky.  This week we are to use the colors white and green with one other color.  I personally love pink and green together.

I had just purchased Martha Stewarts new flourish punch and had to use it on all 4 sides of my mat. 

I made this card with my niece in mind, she just found out that she and her husband are expecting their second child so the sentiment from K Andrews  "Hooty owl accessories" was perfect.  The owl image is also from K Andrews stamp line called "Hoot Owl Image Set"

Here is a picture of what the stamps sets look like.

If you love owls, these stamp sets are a must have.  I love how "Hooty Owl Accessories" can dress up the owls on "Hooty Owl".  So fun and creative.

For my project I decided to make a card using the kraft cardstock as the base. 

The images are from "Campin Critters" cricut cartridge and the background papers are just scraps from my scrapbox.
