Tags Bags Boxes and More cartridge & My Pink Stampers "Spooky" Challenge

Happy Sunday everyone!  I was surfing the other day and I am across someone who used the Tags Bags Boxes and More cartridge to make a little box to hold gift tags.  I have this cartridge and never really used it, until I saw that idea. (wish I could link you to her blog but honestly cannot remember where or how I stumbles across her). I am entering it into My Pink Stampers challenge this weeks "Spooky" challenge.  Chose to make it more a fall project than a halloween project.  I used the crayon box on page 129 and cut it at "fit to page' which ended up being 8 3/4 inches.  This size fits 3 regular A2 cards and 3 envelopes!  I cut all the cards at 4 1/4 x 11 and scored at 5 1/2. Decided to make them a theme set and chose the owl from Create A Critter,  cut them all out at 3 inches.  the branch on the front of the box was cut from the Serenade Cartridge, cut at 2 3/4.  The stamp came from Studio G.

The card base is cardstock from Recollections from Micheals.  I punched the corner out with Martha Stewards corner punch which is part of the punch around the page set (leaves).  The stamps came from K&Company.  I love how the "family" acts like a branch for the owl to purch on.

For this card again, I used Recollections cardstock for the base, Martha Stewards corner punches in all 4 corners.  The scallop oval punch is from Stampin Up! and the stamp is from Studio G.  I rounded the corners on the right side of this card to soften it a little.  I love the colors of the background paper to go with the owl, give it a rustic outdoorsy feel.

This is the final card for the set.  Since this owl has a very busy pattern to him, I decided to keep the backgrounds very simple.  I used adhesive cardstock on the bottom and punched with Martha Stewarts punch, keeping with the theme.  Added some ribbon I bought at AC Moore and another Studio G stamp and it is done.

And they all fit into this crayon box perfectly.  You still have room in there for 3 A2 envelopes or some more cards.  I hope you like this project - I love it. :)
